Ingredients

600 g Zucchini
1 EL Olive oil
400 g Shrimp
2 Garlic clove
200 ml Cream
75 g Parmesan grated
100 g Cherry tomatoes
75 g Rucola

Preparation

Turn the zucchini into fine vegetable spirals using the SPIRELLI® spiral cutter. 
Add oil to the pan and fry the shrimps for about 3 to 5 minutes. 
Add the zoodles to the pan and fry for another 3 to 5 minutes. 
Add cream, parmesan and tomatoes and simmer together for another 3 to 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
