Vegetarian Poke Bowl

Ingredients

200 g Raw rice mixed with wild rice
100 g white radish
100 g Yellow Zucchini
50 g Mung bean sprouts
50 g pointed bell peppers
1 Avocado
Soy sauce
Cress
Sesame

Preparation

Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Peel radish and cut into spirals with the Spiral slicer SPIRELLI® 2.0. Cut zucchini, bell pepper and pointed bell pepper into strips with the V-Slicer Julienne  VIOLI® 2.0. 
Remove avocado from peel and cut into strips.

Serve:
Place the rice in the center of a deep plate and scatter the vegetables and sprouts around. Sprinkle cress and sesame seeds on top and drizzle everything with a little soy sauce. Serve the rest of the soy sauce separately with the poke bowl.
