Finely grate the sweet potatoes with the TRANSFORMA® drum grater and squeeze well.
Dissolve yeast and sugar in milk. Add sweet potatoes, egg, butter, flour and salt and knead into a smooth dough.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
Knead dough well again and divide into 12 portions, shape each portion into a ball using Burger Ring BBQ to flatten into 10 cm Ø patties. Place on a baking tray and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Then bake at 200°C in a preheated oven with upper-lower heat for about 20 minutes.
Tips for burgers:
For meat patties, do not use too low-fat meat, then they will be too dry. 20% fat makes for a flavorful and juicy burger.
If you put lettuce on the burger bun first, it won't get soggy from the sauce.
Do not put too many components on the burger, otherwise it will lose its own flavor.
For a burger meal with friends, just put all the ingredients on the table, so everyone can assemble their own burger.
