Ingredients

150 g Wholemeal spelt flour
80 g Cane sugar
90 ml Soy milk
80 g Currants
80 g Blueberries
2 Kiwis
100 ml Maple syrup
80 g Strwaberries
Some mint leaves
Powdered sugar

Preparation

Wash the currants, blueberries and strawberries. Peel the kiwis. 
Slice the kiwis and strawberries with the TARI slicer and cut them in half. 
For the pancake batter, mix the soy milk, cane sugar and spelt flour in a bowl until smooth. 
Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry 8 small even pancakes in it until golden brown. 
Then stack the pancakes, each with an intermediate layer of blueberries, currants, kiwi slices and strawberry slices. 
Top the tower with mint leaves and a few pieces of fruit and drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
