Ingredients

250 ml feiner Bulgur
200 ml kochendes Wasser
1 EL Tomatenmark
1 EL Chilipaste
1 TL schwarzer Pfeffer
1 TL Salz
0.5 TL Chilipulver
0.5 TL Piment
1 Prise Zimt
30 ml Granatapfelsirup oder Konzentrat
Saft von einer Zitrone
100 ml Olivenöl
Tomate
Gurke
Frühlingszwiebel
Knoblauchzehen
Zum Servieren:
Essiggurken
Frische Minze
Granatapfel
Radieschen

Preparation

Kisir" ist die beliebteste Salatsorte in Anatolien. 
Passt perfekt zu einem frisch aufgebrühten Pfefferminz-Tee.
Salz, Gewürze, Tomaten- und Paprikamark und Wasser zu dem Bulgur geben und 10 Minuten warten.
Dann das Gemüse in Würfel schneiden und mit Öl, Zitronensaft und Granatapfelkonzentrat mischen und servieren.
