Cut radishes and radish into very thin slices using the TRANSFORMA® drum grater. Mix dressing ingredients, pour over and let stand.
Season the cream cheese with salt and pepper.
Cut the cucumbers also with the drum grater TRANSFORMA® into thin slices, lay a rectangle on cling film overlapping. Place smoked salmon on top, spread seasoned cream cheese and roll up. Close the foil tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Add remaining cucumbers to salad and mix well.
Cut cucumber-salmon rolls into pieces about 3 cm long and arrange on a plate together with the radish salad.
Tip: Place the rolls in the freezer for 15 minutes before slicing. So there is cut with a sharp knife, a beautiful cut pattern.
