Die nachstehenden Garantiebedingungen der
GEFU GmbH, Braukweg 28, 59889 Eslohe, Deutschland
(nachfolgend: GEFU)
regeln die Rechte der Kunden gegenüber GEFU im Falle von Material-, Herstellungs- oder Konstruktionsfehler Ihres GEFU-Produkts.
GEFU gewährt ihren Kunden zusätzlich zu den gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsansprüchen unter der Bezeichnung „Q5“ eine 5-jährige Garantie für die Beschaffenheit sämtlicher ihrer Produkte. GEFU garantiert, dass die Produkte frei von Material-, Herstellungs- und Konstruktionsfehlern sind. Sollte das Produkt dennoch einen Fehler aufweisen, gewährt GEFU die nachfolgende Herstellergarantie:
1. Bei einem Produktfehler wird GEFU nach eigenem Ermessen entweder das fehlerhafte Produkt reparieren oder dieses austauschen. Sollte eine Reparatur für GEFU nicht in Betracht kommen und ein identisches Produkt zum Zwecke des Austauschs nicht mehr im Sortiment verfügbar seien, wird GEFU nach eigenem Ermessen ein gleichwertiges Ersatzprodukt zur Verfügung stellen oder den Kaufpreis rückerstatten.
2. Diese Garantie gilt für eine Frist von fünf Jahren ab Kaufdatum, welches durch den Kunden durch eine Kopie des Kaufbelegs oder andere geeignete Mittel nachzuweisen (z.B. Foto oder Scan des Kaufbelegs, Vorlage der Verpackung) ist. Diese Garantie gilt weltweit.
3. Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind: 
Schäden durch normalen Verschleiß/Abnutzung

• Gebrauchsspuren
• Schäden durch unsachgemäßen oder zweckwidrigen Gebrauch
•  Schäden durch Missachtung vorgegebener Gebrauchs-, Wartungs-, Pflege- oder sonstiger Hinweise
• Nichtgefallen bzw. Fehlkäufe des Produkts
• Schäden, die durch ein fehlerhaftes GEFU-Produkt verursacht wurden

 
4. Um die Garantie in Anspruch zu nehmen, wendet sich der Kunde an den Händler, bei dem die Ware gekauft wurde. Hierbei ist das beanstandete Produkt gemeinsam mit dem Kaufbeleg (Kopie) vorzulegen. Im Falle des Erwerbs von einem Onlinehändler trägt der Kunde die Kosten der Einsendung. Sollte der Händler, bei dem die Ware gekauft wurde, nicht mehr für den Kunden erreichbar sein, kann der Kunde das beanstandete Produkt gemeinsam mit dem Kaufbeleg (Kopie) auch unmittelbar an GEFU senden.
5. Die Gewährleistungsansprüche des Kunden wegen eines Mangels des Produkts sowie sonstige gesetzliche Rechte werden durch diese Garantie nicht berührt; die Inanspruchnahme der vorgenannten Rechte ist unentgeltlich. 

 

Q5 Guarantee (GB)

The following warranty conditions of the
GEFU GmbH, Braukweg 28, 59889 Eslohe, Germany
(below: GEFU)
govern the rights of GEFU customers in the case of material, manufacturing or construction defects of your GEFU product.
In addition to the statutory guarantee claims, GEFU gives its customers a 5-year warranty, referred to as "Q5", on the quality of all its products. GEFU guarantees that the products are free of material, manufacturing and construction defects. In the case of the product nevertheless exhibiting a defect, GEFU shall give the following manufacturer's warranty:
1. In the event of a product fault, GEFU will at its own discretion either repair or replace the faulty product. If a repair is not possible for GEFU and the range of products no longer has any identical product that might serve as a replacement, GEFU will at its own discretion either provide another product of equal quality in lieu of the faulty product or refund the purchase price.
2. This warranty is valid for a term of five years from date of purchase, on presentation of proof of purchase or similar (e.g. photo or scan of receipt, presenting the packaging). This warranty is valid worldwide.
3.  The following are excluded from this guarantee:

• damage due to normal wear and tear
• marks caused by usage
• damage due to incorrect or inappropriate use
• damage due to failure to observe the instructions given for use, maintenance, care etc.
• change of mind or dislike of product
• damage caused by a faulty GEFU product

 
4. To submit a claim under guarantee, the customer should notify the dealer he bought the goods from. He must submit the product that is the subject of the complaint and also the receipt (copy). If bought from an online dealer, the customer must pay the carriage costs. If it is no longer possible for the customer to contact the dealer he brought the product from, the customer can send the product that is the subject of the complaint and the copy of the receipt to GEFU directly.
5. The warranty claims of the customer due to a product defect as well as other statutory rights are unaffected by this warranty; there is no charge to exercise the aforementioned rights.

Les conditions de garantie suivantes

régissent les droits du client vis-à-vis de GEFU en cas de défaut de matière, de fabrication ou de construction de votre produit GEFU.
Outre les droits de garantie légaux sous la désignation « Q5 », GEFU accorde à ses clients une garantie de 5 ans sur la qualité de tous ses produits. GEFU garantit que les produits sont exempts de défauts de matière, de fabrication et de construction. Dans le cas où le produit présenterait néanmoins un défaut, GEFU accorde la garantie constructeur suivante :
GEFU peut, à sa seule discrétion, réparer ou d’échanger un produit défectueux. Si GEFU n’envisage pas une réparation et qu’un produit identique destiné à un échange n’est plus dis-ponible dans sa gamme de produits, GEFU peut, à sa seule discrétion, fournir un produit de remplacement équivalent ou rembourser le prix d’achat.
2. Cette garantie est valable pour une durée de cinq ans à compter de la date d'achat, que le client devra justifier par une copie du ticket de caisse ou tout autre moyen approprié (par exemple photo ou scan du ticket de caisse, présentation de l'emballage). Cette garantie est valable dans le monde entier.
3.  Sont exclus de la garantie:

• Les dommages causés par l’usure/le vieillissement
• Les traces d’usure
• Les dommages résultant d'un traitement ou d'un usage incorrect,
• Les dommages résultant du non-respect du mode d’emploi, des conseils de mainte-nance, d’entretien et autres
• Lorsque le produit ne convient pas ou s’il s’agit d’un mauvais achat
• Les dommages causés par un produit GEFU défectueux

 
4. Le client s’adresse au commerçant auprès duquel il a acheté la marchandise pour bénéfi-cier de la garantie. À cet effet, le produit faisant l’objet d’une réclamation doit être présenté avec la preuve d’achat (copie). Les frais d’envoi sont à la charge du client si l’achat a été ef-fectué auprès d’un commerçant Internet. Le client peut également renvoyer directement à GEFU le produit faisant l’objet d’une réclamation avec la preuve d’achat (copie) s’il ne peut plus joindre le commerçant auprès duquel la marchandise a été achetée.
5. Les demandes de garantie du client en raison d'un défaut du produit ainsi que d'autres droits légaux ne sont pas affectés par cette garantie ; l'utilisation des droits susmentionnés est gratuite.

regolano i diritti dei clienti nei confronti di GEFU in caso di difetti materiali, di produzione o strutturali dei prodotti GEFU acquistati.
GEFU riconosce ai clienti, oltre ai diritti di garanzia garantiti per Legge, una garanzia quinquennale sulle condizioni di tutti i prodotti offerti denominata “Q5”. GEFU garantisce che i prodotti sono privi di difetti materiali, di produzione o strutturali. Laddove il prodotto presenti invece effettivamente un difetto, GEFU riconosce la seguente garanzia di produzione:
1. In presenza di difetti del prodotto, GEFU provvederà a riparare o sostituire a propria discrezione il prodotto difettoso. Se GEFU non ritenesse opportuno procedere alla riparazione e non la gamma di prodotti del marchio non comprendesse più alcun prodotto identico ai fini della sostituzione, GEFU proporrà a propria discrezione un prodotto sostitutivo dello stesso valore o risarcirà il prezzo d'acquisto.
2. La presente garanzia è valida per un periodo di cinque anni a partire dalla data di acquisto comprovata da una copia della ricevuta di acquisto o da un altro mezzo adeguato (ad es. fotografia o scansione della ricevuta d’acquisto o presentazione della confezione) che il cliente è tenuto a presentare. La garanzia è valida in tutto il mondo.
3.  Si escludono dalla garanzia:

• i danni derivanti dalla normale usura / dal normale consumo
• segni di utilizzo
• danni derivanti da utilizzo improprio o non conforme con la destinazione d'uso
• danni derivanti dalla mancata osservanza delle istruzioni per l'uso, la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria o altre indicazioni
• insoddisfazione o errore d'acquisto del prodotto
• danni causati da prodotti GEFU difettosi

 
4. Per impugnare la garanzia, il cliente deve rivolgersi al venditore presso il quale ha acquistato la merce. Il prodotto difettoso dovrà essere presentato unitamente alla ricevuta d'acquisto (in copia). Se l'acquisto è stato effettuato online, le spese di spedizione sono a carico del cliente. Se il venditore presso il quale è stata acquistata la merce non è più raggiungibile, il cliente può spedire il prodotto difettoso unitamente alla ricevuta d'acquisto (in copia) anche direttamente a GEFU.
5. I diritti di garanzia del cliente per difetto del prodotto e tutti gli altri diritti giuridicamente riconosciuti non sono interessati dalla presente garanzia; il richiamo a suddetti diritti è gratuito.

Las siguientes condiciones de garantía de

regulan los derechos de los clientes respecto de GEFU en el supuesto de fallos de materiales, fabricación o diseño de su producto GEFU.
Adicionalmente a los derechos de garantía legales, bajo la denominación «Q5» GEFU ofrece a sus clientes una garantía de cinco años sobre la calidad de todos sus productos. GEFU garantiza que los productos están exentos de fallos de materiales, fabricación y diseño. No obstante, si el producto presentara un fallo, GEFU ofrece la siguiente garantía del fabricante:
1. En caso de un defecto en el producto, GEFU, a su elección, procederá a reparar o a sustituir el producto defectuoso. Si GEFU considerara que una reparación no es posible y si no tuviera a disposición ningún producto idéntico en su gama de productos para poder sustituir el producto defectuoso, entonces GEFU, a su elección, proporcionará al cliente un producto de similares características, o bien, le reembolsará el precio de compra.
2. Esta garantía es válida durante un período de cinco años a partir de la fecha de compra, la cual el cliente deberá acreditar mediante una copia de la factura de compra u otro medio pertinente (p. ej., foto o escaneado de la factura de compra, presentación del embalaje). Esta garantía es válida en todo el mundo.
3. La garantía no cubre los siguientes casos:

• Daños causados por el desgaste habitual y deterioro natural.
• Signos de uso.
• Daños causados por un uso incorrecto o distinto a la finalidad prevista.
• Daños causados por la inobservancia de las instrucciones de uso, de mantenimiento o de cuidado o de otra índole.
• Insatisfacción con el producto o compra por error.
• Daños causados por un producto GEFU defectuoso.

 
4. Para obtener los servicios relacionados con esta garantía, el cliente debe dirigirse al distribuidor donde efectuó la compra, debiendo presentar el producto objeto de la reclamación juntamente con el comprobante de compra (copia). En caso de haber comprado el producto a través de un distribuidor en Internet, el cliente asumirá los portes de devolución. Si el distribuidor al que el cliente compró el producto ya no estuviera localizable, el cliente podrá enviar el producto objeto de la reclamación, acompañado por el comprobante de compra, directamente a GEFU.
5. Los derechos de garantía del cliente por un defecto del producto, así como otros derechos legales, no se verán afectados por esta garantía; el ejercicio de los derechos antes mencionados es gratuito.

Q5-garantie (NL)

De onderstaande garantievoorwaarden van

(onderstaand: GEFU)
regelen de rechten van klanten jegens GEFU in geval van materiaal-, fabricage- of constructiefouten in uw GEFU-product.
Naast de wettelijke garantie verleent GEFU haar klanten onder de aanduiding "Q5” 5 jaar garantie op de kwaliteit van alle producten. GEFU garandeert dat de producten vrij zijn van materiaal-, fabricage- en constructiefouten. Mocht het product toch een defect vertonen, dan verleent GEFU de volgende fabrieksgarantie:
1. Bij een productfout zal GEFU naar eigen goeddunken het defecte product ofwel repareren ofwel vervangen. Indien een reparatie voor GEFU niet in aanmerking komt en een identiek product met het oog op de vervanging niet meer in het assortiment beschikbaar is, zal GEFU naar eigen goeddunken een gelijkwaardig vervangend product ter beschikking stellen of de koopprijs terugbetalen.
2. Deze garantie is geldig voor een periode van vijf jaar vanaf de aankoopdatum en moet door de klant worden bewezen door middel van een kopie van de aankoopbon of andere geschikte middelen (bijv. foto of scan van de aankoopbon, overleggen van de verpakking ). Deze garantie geldt wereldwijd.
3.  Van de garantie uitgesloten zijn:

• Beschadigingen door normale slijtage/afslijting
• Sporen van gebruik
• Beschadigingen door onoordeelkundig of ondoelmatig gebruik
• Beschadigingen door veronachtzaming van vooraf gegeven gebruiks-, onderhouds-, verzorgings- of andere aanwijzingen
• Indien het product niet in de smaak valt resp. bij miskoop van het product
• Beschadigingen die door een defect GEFU-product veroorzaakt werden

 
4. Om op de garantie beroep te doen, richt de klant zich tot de dealer, bij wie het product gekocht werd. Hierbij dient het gereclameerde product samen met de kassabon (kopie) voorgelegd te worden. Ingeval van de aankoop via een online-dealer draagt de klant de kosten van de inzending. Indien de dealer, bij wie het product gekocht werd, niet meer voor de klant bereikbaar is, kan de klant het gereclameerde product samen met de kassabon (kopie) ook direct aan GEFU zenden.
5. Aanspraken op garantie van de klant vanwege een defect in het product en andere wettelijke rechten worden door deze garantie niet aangetast; het gebruik van voornoemde rechten is kosteloos.

определяют правила клиентов по отношению к компании GEFU в случаях дефектов материала, производства или недостатков конструкции Вашего изделия компании GEFU.
Помимо гарантийных требований, определенных законом, компания GEFU предоставляет клиентам под маркировкой „Q5“ пятилетнюю гарантию качества своих изделий. GEFU гарантирует, что изделия не имеют дефектов материала, производства и недостатков конструкции. Если такой дефект, тем не менее, проявится на изделии, компания GEFU предоставляет следующую гарантию производителя:
1. В случае отказа продукта GEFU либо отремонтирует, либо заменит дефектный продукт по своему усмотрению. Если ремонт для GEFU не рассматривается и идентичный продукт больше не доступен в ассортименте с целью замены, GEFU по своему усмотрению предоставит эквивалентный продукт замены или вернет покупную цену.
2. Настоящая гарантия действительна в течение срока, составляющего пять лет с даты покупки, которая подтверждается клиентом путём предъявления копии товарного чека или прочих подобных документов (например, фотографии или скана товарного чека, предъявлением упаковки). Настоящая гарантия действительна по всему миру.
3. Исключено из гарантии:

• Повреждение из-за нормального износа
• Следы использования
• Ущерб вследствие неправильного или неправильного использования
• Ущерб из-за игнорирования указанного использования, обслуживания, ухода или других инструкций
• Не удовлетворенные или неправильные покупки продукта
• Ущерб, вызванный неисправным продуктом GEFU

 
4. Чтобы получить гарантию, клиент свяжется с дилером, где были куплены товары. В этом случае отклоненный продукт должен быть представлен вместе с доказательством покупки (копии). В случае покупки у интернет-магазина клиент несет стоимость записи. Если продавец, у которого был приобретен товар, больше не может быть доставлен клиентом, клиент может также отправить отклоненный продукт вместе с доказательством покупки (копирования) непосредственно в ГЕФУ.
5. Гарантийные требования клиента из-за дефекта изделия, а также прочие законные права не затрагиваются настоящей гарантией; предъявление вышеуказанных прав является безвозмездным.
