Ingredients

6 Fillet of matie
1 Vine tomato
Parsley
4 Slices of rye bread
400 g Cherry tomatoes
100 g pitted olives
1 Onion
30 g Butter
3 EL Olive oil
2 EL White balsamic vinegar
100 g Schmand
50 g Horseradish
Salt, Pepper
Sugar

Preparation

Finely dice the matie and tomato and add chopped parsley.
Cut bread slices and onion into cubes and fry in butter over medium heat until bread cubes are brown and crispy. Add the chopped parsley and season everything with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Cut the cherry tomatoes and pitted olives into quarters with the FLEXICUT vegetable and fruit slicer and add to the bread salad. 
Mix sour cream and horseradish and season with salt and pepper.
