Peel the kiwi. Quarter the apples and pears, remove the core and press through the slicer RAPIDO with the kiwi. Put the sliced fruit in a bowl with the rest of the fruit and season with a little vanilla sugar.
For the cream, put the quark, sugar, cream cheese and grated tonka bean in the SPEEDWING® multi chopper with whisking attachment and mix well.
For the hazelnut crumble, mix all ingredients with the SPEEDWING® multishredder with whisking attachment, crumble onto a baking sheet and place in the oven at 170°C convection oven for approx. 15 minutes.
