Preparation
The cult summer hit for every coffee lover.
With its unique balance of sparkling acidity, light sweetness and intense bitterness, this Espresso tonic will get taste buds dancing.
Add thre ice cubes to a wine glass, pour 2 dL tonic water.
Prepare Espresso and carefully pour 30-60 ml of Espresso (over a bar spoon if necessary) over the ice cubes (can be enhanced with gin).
Decorate with lemons as desired
