Cut the chicken breast into pieces, season with salt and pepper, sear on all sides in a pan and remove from the pan again.
Cut the zucchini into pieces of about 4 cm and divide into eighths with the FLEXICUT vegetable and fruit divider. Cut the bell bell pepper into strips and fry both vegetables together with the cashews briefly in the pan as well.
Add the chicken pieces back into the pan. Add the cream, milk and curry powder, bring everything to the boil once and season with salt, pepper and coriander.
Prepare the basmati rice according to the package instructions.
