Ingredients

400 g Rice pudding
Cane sugar
450 ml Orange juice
200 ml White wine
40 g Sugar
24 Physalis

Preparation

Prepare the rice pudding according to instructions and refrigerate. Shape the cold rice pudding with a dressing ring, sprinkle with cane sugar and caramelize with a FUEGO flambe burner. 
Bring the orange juice, white wine and sugar to the boil, reduce by half and allow to cool slightly. Cut the physalis into quarters with the FLEXICUT vegetable and fruit divider and add to the soup.
