Ingredients

100 g White couverture chocolate
500 ml Freshly brewed coffee
250 ml Milk
10 g Cocoa pulver

Preparation

Melt white chocolate in the MELTO melting pot over a water bath. Divide the melted chocolate into 4 MIRA glasses and swirl the glasses slightly to create an uneven chocolate coating on the edges.

Brew coffee using the DIEGO coffee maker. Heat and froth cocoa powder with milk in portions using the RICCARDO milk frother.
 Pour freshly brewed coffee into the glasses and top with the frothed cocoa mixture.
