Preparation
- Start by melting the butter in the foam dispenser CLAUDIO and let it cool slightly.
- In the mixing and whipping bowl MESCO, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon using the whisk PRIMELINE.
- Gradually add the melted butter, eggs, sour cream, and melted butter to the bowl. Mix until smooth using a hand mixer.
- Grate the apple into fine strips using the julienne slicer (using the finger guard from the V-Hobel Julienne VIOLI 2.0 is recommended to prevent accidents – it's better to quarter the apple before grating). Add the grated apple to the batter.
- Gently fold the apple into the batter using the dough scraper CREMOSO. Preheat the waffle iron.
- Lightly grease the waffle iron with baking spray. Fill the first ladle of batter into the iron. Cook until desired level of browning is achieved and then let them cool briefly on the cooling rack ARIO.
- Once all the waffles are cooked, dust the1m with powdered sugar and they are ready to be enjoyed.
